The right of withdrawal is regulated by law.
To exercise this right the customer must send to the address info.lastinglover@gmail.com a communication within 3 days from the date of delivery of the goods.
After receiving the return confirmation email with the relevant instructions, you will have to send at your own expense the product (as provided for by art. 67, paragraph 3 of the Consumer Code).

Withdrawal methods
The right of withdrawal is however subject to the following conditions:

• the purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging
• Shipping costs are, by law, charged to the customer

Once the package is received, Lasting Lover will refund the amount due. within 24 hours of the package arriving at the office. The crediting times vary depending on the banking institution, but usually do not exceed 3-4 working days.

Forfeiture of the right to withdrawal 
The right of withdrawal lapses entirely in the following cases:

• Even partial use of the goods;
• The lack of the original internal packaging;
• L'absence of labels; 

NB: Personalized products and costumes (for hygiene reasons) cannot be returned.
